The Columbia is located at the corner of 96th St. and Broadway. 96th St. connects to the West Side Highway and the FDR Drive, and has crosstown buses. Broadway has both an express subway stop, and buses. Residents enjoy the features of the Columbia pictured below and an ample laundry room, nearby grocery stores and a parking garage with monthly rates. Long term residents can get a bicycle space. Owners can rent a storage bin. To enlarge photos, click on them.
